These terms apply to your use of the Lindenkin online store, which is operated by Mindful Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Using the store
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information and to use the store only for lawful purposes.
2. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we ship the order. We can decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error. If we cancel after payment, we refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Payment is taken when you place the order.
4. Shipping, returns and refunds
Our shipping policy and refund policy form part of these terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered.
5. Product information and use
We describe products using the maker's specifications and show each product's age grade. Follow the age grade, the assembly instructions and the safety warnings supplied with each product. Adults should supervise children during climbing play and when using products with small parts.
6. Content
The text, images and design of the store belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.
7. Warranties and liability
Products carry any warranty their maker provides. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Mindful Holdings LLC is registered.
