About Lindenkin

Lindenkin sells toys and furniture for families who bring Montessori and Waldorf ideas into their homes. We are a small online shop run by Mindful Holdings LLC in the United States.

What we sell

Furniture, pretend play, open-ended toys, learning materials, and art and craft supplies. Each product comes from a supplier we have named and checked.

How we choose

• The product does one job well, and a child can use it with little help.
• For each children's product, we hold the supplier's third-party test report for that exact product, and a Children's Product Certificate, before it goes on sale.
• The listing states the age grade, the materials and the size, taken from the maker's specification.

How orders work

Orders ship within 3 business days of payment. Robotime items then ship from Robotime's US warehouse and arrive within 3 to 5 business days of shipping. Every other product ships from our partner suppliers in China and arrives within 5 to 15 business days of shipping; import duties on these items are already included in the price, so there is nothing extra to pay at delivery. Each product page shows the delivery window for that specific product. If something arrives damaged or wrong, we replace it or refund it.

The name

Linden is the tree whose soft, even-grained wood carvers use for toys and figures. Kin means family. We chose the name for a shop about children's play at home.

Lindenkin is an independent shop with no affiliation to any Montessori or Waldorf school or association.
