30-day returns
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return
- Send us a message through the contact page with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
- Ship the items back with a tracked service and send us the tracking number.
Return shipping
The customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Large items such as play kitchens, dollhouses and furniture cost more to send back, so we tell you the likely cost before you ship. We pay return shipping when an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.
Refunds
We refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Your bank can take a further 5 to 10 business days to show it. Original shipping charges are refunded when the return is our error.
Items we cannot take back
- Opened art supplies, such as crayons, paints and modelling beeswax.
- Gift cards.
Cancellations and exchanges
You can cancel an order for a full refund until it ships. For an exchange, return the item and place a new order.
