How long does delivery take?

Orders ship within 3 business days of payment. Each product page shows the delivery window for that product.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping to US addresses is $6.95. Orders of $75 or more ship free.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We ship to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC.

Will my order arrive in one box?

Items in one order may ship separately from different warehouses. You get a tracking number for each parcel.

What is your return policy?

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

How do you check safety?

Before a children's product goes on sale here, we check its third-party test report against the US standard for its type and hold a Children's Product Certificate for it. The age grade on each product page comes from that record.

What do the age ranges mean?

The age grade is the youngest age a product is made for. Products with small parts are graded 3 years and up. Our age guide lists typical pieces by stage.

Do products need assembly?

Furniture, play kitchens and dollhouses usually arrive flat-packed. The product page states whether assembly is needed.

How do I track my order?

We email a tracking link when each parcel ships. You can also see order status in your account.
