Shipping policy

Lindenkin is operated by Mindful Holdings LLC. This policy covers shipping for orders placed on this website.

Shipping area

We ship to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC.

Processing time

Orders ship within 3 business days of payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Delivery time

Robotime items ship from Robotime's US warehouse and arrive within 3 to 5 business days of shipping. Every other product ships from our partner suppliers in China and arrives within 5 to 15 business days of shipping. Each product page shows the delivery window for that specific product.

Import duties

Import duties on products shipped from China are already included in the listed price. You pay nothing extra at delivery.

Rates

Standard shipping costs $6.95 per order. Orders with a subtotal of $75 or more ship free.

Tracking and split shipments

Items in one order can ship separately from different warehouses. We email a tracking link for each parcel when it ships.

Delays

If we cannot ship an order within the stated time, we email the customer before that time with a revised shipping date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Lost or damaged parcels

Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date if a parcel arrives damaged or is marked delivered and has not arrived. We send a replacement or a refund.
