Return window
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
How to return
Contact us through the contact page at /pages/contact with your order number and the items you want to return. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Ship the items with a tracked service and send us the tracking number.
Return shipping
The customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. For large items, we tell you the likely return shipping cost before you ship. We pay return shipping when an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
Refunds
We refund the item price to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Your bank can take a further 5 to 10 business days to show the refund. Original shipping charges are refunded when the return is our error.
Items that cannot be returned
Opened art supplies, such as crayons, paints and modelling beeswax, and gift cards.
Cancellations and exchanges
You can cancel an order for a full refund until it ships. For an exchange, return the item and place a new order.
